If you choose the PayPal option you are only purchasing a Gift Certificate. You must use this certificate to register for the date you desire. RIDERS WHO ARE NOT PRE-REGISTERED WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE HIGHER FEE AT THE DOOR IF SPACE IS AVAILABLE. The gift certificate can only be used on-line.
