The concession at Stratotech Park has full kitchen facilities with a seating capacity of 40 people. On event race dates, a typical menu would range from soup to hamburgers, sandwiches and bacon and eggs.

For the 2012 season, the Concession at Stratotech Park is open to the general public on the following dates only:

All EMRA (Edmonton Motorcycle Racing Association) race days.
All EMRA (Edmonton Motorcycle Racing Association) practice days.

8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

DMCC  -  - 11:00 a.m. to 4 p.m.
