ENGINE: |
|
|
|
|
• Check friction lining of flywheel clutch for wear, replace if needed
|
|
|
• Replace oil in gearbox
|
|
• Clean exhaust valve and check if moving freely
|
|
|
• Tear-down inspection of engine (must be conducted by an authorized ROTAX Service Centre)
|
|
|
• Clean airfilter, apply oil, replace if damaged
|
|
|
• Visually inspect connections between engine & carburetor and check fit and tightness of intake silencer
|
|
|
• Replace fuel filter
|
|
|
• Renew damping material in after muffler of exhaust system
|
|
|
|
| KART: |
|
|
|
• Check brake pads for wear, renew as required
|
|
|
• Replace brake fluid
|
|
• Check hydraulic hoses of brake system for damage and leakage
|
|
|
• Check brake caliper supports for damage
|
|
|
• Check RPFS support on frame for damage
|
|
|
• Check electric connections for tight fit (also the ones under the battery cover)
|
