Stratotech Park offers corporate group rentals for occasional drivers or people who wish to experience the thrill of Karting in the ultimate setting. The popularity of corporate team building has grown immensely in the past few years. Stratotech Park is offering a new and exciting opportunity to reward and motivate your team.

Our driver instructors have a combined 14 years of kart racing experience, from kart setup to competition, they can help you get the basics you need to enjoy the sport in a leisure or racing environment.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

  • Get a minimum 10 people (no maximum)
  • Reserve your date by calling Stratotech Park (reservations only, according to track availability)
  • Confirm your date by making the deposit at the time of booking
  • Complete the occasion with a catered lunch or dinner  - or -
  • A photographer for your event.

THE PROGRAM
Example of the program:
• Orientation
• Practice: 1 lap warm up
• 3 sessions of 10 laps after warm up
• 20 person or less activity start to finish: approx. 2 hours

PLEASE NOTE:

All particpants must be minimum age of 14 years, minimum of 5 feet tall and not exceed 250 lbs maximum in body weight. Maximum speed of Corporate kart is approx. 35 mph (56 kph) depending on driving skill and weight of driver.

• You are required to bring your own running shoes.
• No sandals or open toe shoes
• Participants must sign waiver and release form.

COST:

$100 + GST per person, minimum of 10 people

PAYMENTS:

30% + GST deposit, balance to be paid at day of event. We accept the following; VISA, Master Card, American Express, cash and company cheques.

CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSIT REFUNDS:

• Cancel 7 days prior: full refund
• Cancel 6 days prior or less: No refund
• No Show: No refund
• Cancel due to weather: Full deposit refund

INSURANCE:

Drivers are responsible for any damages to karts and property.
