If you have been to the track, you must have seen the big Argyll tent and more than likely you have seen Fred Jolivet under that tent helping out fellow riders with technical and riding advice. In addition to being an accomplished Expert/Pro racer Fred volunteers his time to the sport of motorcycle racing, Stollery Children’s Foundation, Argyll Racing Program coordinator/racing manager. Through extensive negotiations and labour deliberations we have enticed Fred to return as our head instructor for Track Attack events.

Fred’s riding abilities span many genres of bike classes and has raced on an FZR 400, GSXR 750, R6, TZ250, GSXR600, TYZ426. In addition Fred does all of his own race tuning, wrenching, and fabricating (but can he cook).  As you can see Fred can ride, but what makes Fred so valuable is his way of communicating concepts, ideas, and techniques to other individuals. Fred has coached high performance skiing, been a flight instructor, lectured at NAIT, and demystified calculus. No this isn’t Frank Abagnale; he is the real deal.

As you can see we are fortunate to have such an individual guide our future racing talent.  Come by and chat him up; you will walk away with a new perspective.
